Please specify your preferred design on the product page.

You can customize everything to your liking, including product size and color, the number of pets to be embroidered, embroidery size and position, font and color of the name, and even photo uploads.
*Please note that depending on product specifications, the number of pets, size, and other embroidery options may vary.
Once you've finished designing on the product page, simply add it to your cart and the content will be saved.
You can then continue to design other products or proceed to checkout.

Step 2

Once you make your purchase, our designer will begin working on your portrait embroidery design.

This stage typically takes 3-5 business days. Our designers meticulously examine the photos you've provided, carefully observing details such as your pet's fur direction, contours, and subtle expressions. They then capture the inherent charm of your pet to create the embroidery design, planning each stitch with precision.

Step 3

We will send you the finished image.

Once the embroidery design is complete, we will process the image to match the product you purchased and create a finished image preview.
For customers who have linked their LINE account, the image preview will be sent via official LINE.

For customers who have not linked their LINE account, the image preview will be sent to the email address registered at the time of product purchase.

Step 4

Please check the finished image and choose whether you would like to proceed with production or request revisions.

Please review the finished image we sent you and select either "Proceed to Production" or "Request Revisions."
If you wish to request revisions, please specify the points you would like to change and reply to us. We will incorporate your requests and present a new design.

*Regarding design revisions*
Designs based on the photos you provided at the time of your order can be revised free of charge up to 2 times according to your requests. For revisions from the 3rd time onwards, an additional fee of 1,000 yen will be charged per revision.

Step 5

Once the design is confirmed, we will proceed with production and deliver it as soon as it's complete.

Production typically takes 1-2 business days, depending on your order. Once completed, we will ship your order sequentially.
After your item has shipped, you can specify or change the delivery date and time yourself using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
