Once the embroidery design is complete, we will process the image to match the product you purchased and create a finished image.

The image will be sent via our official LINE account to customers who have linked their LINE account.
*Registering for our official LINE account allows you to more smoothly check the finished image. We also regularly send out exclusive coupons and great deals! If you haven't registered yet, please add us as a friend.

For customers who have not linked their LINE account, the image will be sent to the email address registered at the time of product purchase.

Please check the finished image we sent you and choose either "Proceed to production" or "Request revision."
If you wish to make revisions, please specify the points you want to correct and reply using the send button in the link. We will incorporate your requests and resend the design.

Designs based on photos provided by the customer at the time of order can be revised twice for free according to customer requests.
For the third revision and subsequent revisions, an additional fee of 1,000 yen will be charged per revision.
In addition, if you wish to replace the photo, we can accommodate it for the following additional fees:
6cm size: 2,000 yen
8cm size: 3,000 yen
10cm size: 4,000 yen
15cm size: 5,000 yen
20cm size: 6,000 yen
*The size is determined based on the longest side of the embroidery. The dimension of the shorter side will be adjusted to match the aspect ratio of the photo you provide.
